1. Digital Product Disclaimer

Vehicle history reports sold on Digivinhub.com are fully digital and considered delivered once generated. Because of this, all sales are final and not eligible for refund, return, or exchange under normal circumstances.

2. Instant Fulfillment

Once a payment is completed, our system processes and delivers the report automatically to the email address provided. Since delivery occurs instantly, cancellations or reversals cannot be accommodated after an order is placed.

3. Responsibility for VIN Entry

Buyers are solely responsible for ensuring that the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) submitted is correct. Reports generated from incorrect VINs entered by users will not be eligible for refund or regeneration.

4. Limited Exceptions

Refunds may be granted only in the following exceptional cases:

  • Duplicate transactions (accidental double purchase of the same VIN)
  • Technical error that prevents delivery of the report within a reasonable timeframe
  • Payment received but no report generated due to internal system failure

If you believe your situation qualifies under these exceptions, you must submit a request to our support team within 24 hours of your order.

5. Refund Request Process

  • Email address used during checkout
  • Order ID or transaction reference

6. No Chargeback Abuse

Initiating chargebacks through your payment provider without contacting us first may result in a permanent ban from our services and the voiding of future claims.
